This study focuses on the approach to sound meditation programs through the application of sound healing based on the theoretical background and literature review of cultural enjoyment. The use of sound focuses on music meditation for psychological stability and healing, and approaches the possibility of sound healing with various forms of sound meditation such as chakra and singing balls through rhetorical expression, arrangement, and creation of music. In this study, the 2021 Exciting Art Travel Mindfulness Meditation Concert “The Road to Walk Together” was selected as the subject of the study, and specific plans for the sound meditation program are discussed for the purpose of sound healing for psychological stability. This study proposes the scalability of sound healing production and cultural enjoyment programs that include the underprivileged.
