This research aims to explore the value and role of public goods of citizen professional football club. To achieve this, literatures were surveyed, and depth-interview was carried out. Research participants were selected as ones with fund First, Citizen professional football club provides an opportunity to solve the biased against each other via citizens can participate a variety of sports programs and contributing to bond between stratum by shared values. Also, It not only provides opportunities for healthy leisure activities in the region, It cooperate to provide various programs for health of local residents with community welfare program and It conducts a role as a catalyst for social integration to promote development of the community, integration. In addition, citizen professional football club prevents a variety of social problems. Second, Citizen professional football club conducts a role in raising the competitiveness of cities. It can’t be said that it gives a meaningful economic effect to the region Due to the presence or role of the citizen football club in domestic pro league reality. As a mediator for revitalizing the community, Citizen professional football club cunducts a role that give the value of more than sports as public goods.
