The purpose of this study is to analyze the subjective perception type of the weekend league system in high school baseball parents of athlete. To do this, we investigated the factors that constitute parents'' expectation of the weekend league system which was overlooked in the existing research method and the issue points about it through Q methodological typification based on the existing literature survey and in - depth interview with student athlete parents. As a part of the elite sport policy, we developed a discussion on the weekend league system, and based on this, we used the subjective research analysis method to conduct multi - dimensional identification through in Q-Method. The subjective types of the parents of athlete for the weekend league system were ''policy dissatisfaction type'', ''policy acceptance type'' and ''policy complementary type''. This shows that there are many parents who worry about the deteriorating performance of the students through the weekend league system. On the other hand, there was the opinion of the parents who solved the problem of the absence of the students and expected positive change in the school record. As can be seen in all policy implementations, direct feedback from policy adopters is needed to minimize disruption and complaints during implementation and to promote sustainable development. Therefore, the most important thing is that the already implemented policies need additional policy support for stable settlement and activation.
