This research suggests the traffic safety and improvement directions that the taekwondo gyms may provide to the athletes and seeks the children''s traffic safety policy directions that the consumers (parents) may be satisfied. Through this way, the Taekwondo gym suggests improvements to secure the traffic safety of the children and for the consumers (parents)to be satisfied with sending their children to the Taekwondo gym, and has its purpose in providing basic materials for the enhancement directions for the Road Traffic Act of the Taekwondo gyms of the instructors and the consumers (parents). The subject of this research was selected with purposeful sampling, which is one method of nonprobabilty sampling. And this is the research method what it was. First of all, all the research participants showed positive reaction for the amended Road Traffic Act. However, in terms of practicality, often enough assistant teachers were not hired compared to the scale of the Taekwondo gym. Secondly, 90% (9 out of 10) of the research participants thought that children''s traffic safety education instructor certificate needed to be institutionalized for the awareness of education for children''s traffic safety. Thirdly, the fine for the traffic safety in South Korea is low compared to other nations, and the importance of children''s traffic safety need to be made aware by enforcing the fine. Fourth, for car remodeling and riding of guardian, there are difficulties for the small businesses to take burden of everything, and as the number of guardian differ according to the scope of the Taekwondo gyms and the number of students, the mandatory riding of assistant teacher is difficult. All the research participants thought that because it is related to the safety of the children as kindergartens and nursery school, it would need the enthusiastic cooperation of the nation and policy supports.
