This study aims to analyze the quality of spinning instructor training programs and provide essential data for human resource management in sports centers. Utilizing revised IPA (Importance-Performance Analysis) technique, the study evaluates the importance and satisfaction of spinning instructor trainees regarding the program and aims to provide information for determining improvement priorities. The study targeted 208 male and female individuals utilizing spinning education institutions. Online surveys were distributed, and data were collected using snowball sampling. The questionnaire was developed based on expert opinions to ensure content validity, and exploratory factor analysis and Cronbach"s α test were conducted to ensure validity and reliability. The importance and satisfaction of spinning instructor training program attributes, including student management, education system, evaluation, facilities, and online education content, were considered, and revised IPA analysis was conducted to analyze satisfaction and implicitly derived importance. The results showed that student management was the most important attribute, while evaluation showed the highest satisfaction. Using IPA Matrix, the study revealed that the education system and evaluation had high importance and satisfaction, whereas student management was important but showed low satisfaction. Given the ramifications of low birth rates and aging populations, long-term solutions are needed to overcome the reduction in spinning instructor supply in the fitness industry. Strategies such as strengthening or substituting the robust and systematic practical training interventional effect of offline instructors with digital and online education interventional system development and validation, as well as exploring sports-focused communities as a demand source for instructors to establish new business models, should be considered for industry expansion.
