After Magical Realism made its way into the film, it started appearing most significantly between the late 1980s and early 1990s in film, and its tradition still tracing back to its Latin American roots with films. Many Latin American filmmakers have continued to incorporate this style in film, one of the most prominent being writer-director Guillermo del Toro. His works have become a typical representative of magic realism which originated from Latin American culture. “Pan''s Labyrinth” as a milestone in Guillermo del Toro''s film is a while as it is beginning for him successfully merging Magical Realism in his film.
