The outflow of population from provinces and concentration in the metropolis are overcrowded compared to the land area, which worsens the job and housing market in the metropolis. There have been many efforts to resolve the imbalance between the city center and the countryside, but unsuccessful, and the reality is that a meaningless war of attrition is taking place as regions compete for population inflow. Therefore, local governments should pay attention to the consumption culture of young people with the ripple effect of modern cities.
Against this background, this study aims to serve as a foundation for suggesting effective alternatives to ensure continued circulation and survival based on the unique scarcity of the region.
