In this study, we analyzed the entrance layout among various architectural elements influencing the sense of community in co-living houses to investigate its impact on the formation of residents’ territoriality and the overall sense of community. The research methodology involved surveying residents of co-living houses, using changes in behavior based on perceived territoriality as a scale to identify specific boundaries of the areas residents feel. The results revealed that the entrance layout of co-living houses can enhance the sense of territoriality in shared spaces, providing assistance to residents in utilizing communal areas. Based on this study, there is an expectation that the quality of life for residents in future co-living house planning will be improved.
