In this paper, important features are automatically detected and extracted from person images in the implementation of Person Re-Identification(Re-ID) technology that recognizes the same person in different images. During extraction, the focus is on improving Re-Id performance by emphasizing important parts of the person within the image. Saliency detection is applied to techniques that emphasize important parts of people. The importance detection technique is a technique that increases the expected value of key features through the background removal of the data set and creates a new data set that removes unnecessary data in order to improve the quality of learning data in image data processing. It is intended to improve the accuracy of Person Re-ID through learning of a new learning data set generated through the importance detection technique.
