This study was conducted by applying the experience economy theory to domestic consumers with local food tourism experience. The survey was conducted from November 10 to November 30, 2023, and the final 325 questionnaires were used for analysis. Statistical techniques used were demographic analysis, confirmatory factor analysis, correlation analysis, descriptive statistical analysis, reliability analysis, structural equation model analysis, and moderation effect analysis. The research results are as follows. First, entertainment experience had a significant positive effect on experience satisfaction. Second, educational experience had a significant positive effect on experience satisfaction. Third, aesthetic experience had a significant positive effect on experience satisfaction. Fourth, escapism experiences had not a significant positive effect on experience satisfaction. Fifth, experience satisfaction had a significant positive effect on word-of-mouth intention. Sixth, word-of-mouth intention had a significant positive effect on regional revitalization. Seventh, storytelling experience had a moderating effect between educational experience and experience satisfaction.
