In the contemporary organizational environment, the importance of employee job satisfaction, organizational commitment, and a sense of belonging is emphasized for the success and sustainability of organizations. Particularly in the hotel industry, where employee performance directly influences the quality of customer service, these factors play a critical role in determining a company"s competitiveness. Therefore, effective management of human resources is deemed essential for sustained success in the dynamic and competitive landscape of the hotel industry. In this context, this study aims to explore the impact of organizational support on employee job satisfaction, organizational commitment, and a sense of belonging in the hotel industry. The data were collected from 5-star hotels situated in Seoul and the metropolitan region, with a total of 220 responses gathered. The analysis utilized SPSS 26.0 and AMOS 26.0, involving frequency analysis, reliability analysis, factor analysis, and structural model analysis. The analysis results confirmed that organizational support has a positive impact on employee job satisfaction. It was also found that organizational support positively influences organizational commitment. Additionally, organizational commitment was shown to have positive effects on job performance and a sense of belonging. This study emphasizes the importance of organizational support in the hotel industry from both theoretical and practical perspectives.
