This study focuses on the institutions involved in promoting Dokdo, an island in the East Sea of Korea. These organizations include the Northeast Asian History Foundation focuses on the humanities and social sciences related to Dokdo. The National Geographic Information Institute focuses on the place names of Dokdo, and the Korea Institute of Ocean Science and Technology focuses on the marine science related to Dokdo. This study aims to explore the historical, marine scientific, and international legal aspects of the public relations of Dokdo, further strengthen Dokdo"s territorial rights, and ensure its continued protection. The media is extremely effective in promoting Dokdo. The idea of publicizing Dokdo using the media of Dokdo Metaverse and AI Convergence Technology System can also have a significant effect on publicizing Dokdo.
