The object of this research was to identify the effect of education service quality of Blended Learning in the university physical education class on the behavioral intention and class satisfaction. We have collected the data for 254 people who enrolled in physical education class in D university, Daejeon, South Korea from Sep. 2022 to Jun. 2023. In order to analyze these data, frequency analysis, Exploratory Factor Analysis, descriptive statistics, correlation analysis, multiple regression analysis were performed.
First of all, there was a significantly positive effect of tangibles as a subfactor of education service quality of Blended Learning on class satisfaction. Second, there was a significantly positive effect of empathy as a subfactor of education service quality of Blended Learning on class satisfaction. Lastly, there was a significantly positive effect of class satisfaction on behavioral intention. Overall, the high-quality education service results in positive effect on class satisfaction by utilizing Blended Learning in physical education class and class satisfaction has a positive impact on behavioral intention. Therefore, it is anticipated that there will be high educational value, contribution, and implication for various major in physical education by Blended Learning as the integrated methods of online and offline in physical education classes and the future research will broadly be conducted to elevate the quality of education service in Blended Learning.
