This study was conducted on male weight training trainers with more than 3 years of experience to investigate the effect on body stability of three types of shoes(WS: Weightlifting shoes, FS: Flat shoes, BF: Bare feet) during barbell back deep squats. The moving distance and range of the center of pressure(COP) were compared and analyzed for 15 people. For statistical processing, the mean value(M) and standard deviation(SD) for each measurement item were calculated using the spss 27.0 statistical program. Mixed analysis of variance was conducted to compare shoe conditions and sections, and all statistical significance levels were set at α=.05. The results obtained through ground reaction force are as follows. The results of this study showed that barbell back deep squats had the most positive effect on postural stability when performed bare feet compared to weightlifting shoes and flat shoes, which will be presented as a kinematics basis for the selection of shoes for heavy lifters. In addition, various studies related to movement efficiency and injury factors such as muscle activity and joint load in weightlifting shoes, flat shoes, and bare feet situations during barbell back deep squats are expected in the future.
