This study aims to integrate urban renewal and contemporary architectural design methodologies on the Jamsoo bridge based on the new temporal trends and tendencies in urban policies. Through this proposal, we seek to provide the potential for the regeneration of the existing urban megastructure spaces rooted in the rationality of modern architecture and principles of urban development. This study proposes spatial diversification through interior spatial arrangements, a functional transformation of the existing grid system, and the integration of multiple programs. Parametrically arranged 3D grid units were implemented within the space, realizing the potential for creating a cultural corridor based on various circulation paths and programs. Our goal is to construct citizen-friendly facilities and create new cultural spaces within.
