This study was conducted to find out the characteristics of community facility planning and space layout types for living streets in the recent plan for the Korea Public Housing Design Contest. For the purpose of this study, 28 cases are selected based on previous studies, and the types corresponding to community components according to living streets are organized, and community spaces are analyzed to identify and organize the latest trends. The conclusion of the study is as follows. First, connect the surrounding relationship with the inside and outside of the complex to revitalize the local community between local residents and residents. Second, the layout of community facilities is planned differently depending on the type of living street, and the communication method of local residents is different. Third, childcare and childcare are arranged between living streets and residential buildings to help revitalize living streets by securing children"s safety and promoting exchanges among local residents.
