In the case of recently built apartment buildings, airtightness is often measured due to energy-related certification. However, it is very difficult to compare airtightness performance within the same conditions because there is a large variation in airtightness depending on construction quality and there are few cases where each region has the same floor plan. Through this study, we minimized airtightness errors due to construction quality and confirmed how window area affects airtightness during actual field measurements. We also checked whether the ratio of window area to floor area was related to the building"s airtightness.
