This study typed living streets in Low-rise Residential Area with the aim of presenting countermeasures according to the crime characteristics of spaces by typed and analyzed the crime characteristics of Neighborhood Streets by type. For analysis, street typology variables mainly used in previous studies were derived, street categories of CPTED project area in Seoul were categorized, and the number of crimes occurring on the street by type was analyzed. As a result of the analysis, it was found that crimes mainly occur on the streets with 4m to 8m wide, two-way traffic, multi-family housing, multi-story building, and general building, and many parking areas. In addition, crimes mainly occur in the -typed and T-typed streets connected to other streets.
