This study investigated the recognition of convergence and the need for convergence thinking among the students of specialized convergence subjects who set health promotion as their educational goal. For this, a questionnaire was conducted for first and second graders who took specialized convergence courses. The raw data collected through the survey was analyzed using SPSS 18. Frequency analysis, cross analysis and ANOVA analysis were performed. The item names of the extracted elements are divided into subject characteristics, curriculum management and other majors. The link between curriculum management and other majors did not differ by average across departments. However, the curriculum characteristics showed a significant difference(p <0.01) by department. The average value of the Department of Food and Nutrition(M = 3.70) was relatively higher than the Department of Beauty and Arts(M = 3.20). According to these findings, the average satisfaction of students in the convergence subjects was positive. The results of this study can be used as an example for the convergence curriculum operation, and can be used as feedback data for improving the students' educational satisfaction.
