A Festival is an event of celebrating experienced events in life or life culture with various stories. It is also a ceremony of commemorating and handing down a community spirit or events in a life community. Nowadays various festival events are regarded as not only tasting departures but also places of a rest and recharging one's batteries appreciating a meaning of events out of daily life. A religious festival is paying attributes to religious commemoration days or saints important roll in a life, and holding related events with an opportunity of looking back to daily life. A carnival is not a direct religious festival directly but as an event prior to Easter and have a regional meaning at every region. It is held at every region corresponding to regional characteristics in Christian cultural area of Western as a time of spring starts in a way of purifying body and spirit. The festival is held by their origin. Generally food and costume represent the characteristic of each event. According to regional special products, people and events they are held in various way. The participant sometimes wears a traditional costume in accordance with formalities and enjoy traditional costume at a fancy dress parade and so on. A traditional costume appears frequently at the regional festival with a strong regional characteristic. In order to raise atmosphere a splendid style of a former generation such as Renaissance, rococo and baroque style as a brilliant military style of 17∼18C appears at the parades. Especially the traditional costume of children participated represents traditionality and characteristics of the costume itself symbolically.
