A study was conducted to present the plan for the reduction of the population of province young people and the inflow of the population, and the direction of a new housing model based on consciousness of residential environment of university students. For 100students were asked about their basic and housing-related backgrounds, regions they want to live in, reasons for leaving the province, housing-values they think important in residential spaces, demands in residential environments, housing-related support they need, and how they solve problems. As a result of analyzing the response, they can enjoy cultural life better by focusing on infrastructure, leave the province due to many opportunities for experience, and in residential spaces. And they want complex functions such as work, exercise, and cultural life in addition to housing. They also want a stable housing settlement. Based on this, 6 housing models related to jobs, start-ups. infrastructure, inflows, single-person households, and culture were presented.
