Research on traditional houses in Jeju has some limitations in that most studies are based on housing patterns based on physical factors and the research areas and cases are limited. This study aims to identify regional characteristics through analysis focusing on the layout, size, and location of traditional houses in Jeju. The actual measured data was processed and analyzed as statistical data. SPSS 23 was used for statistical analysis. In conclusion, through data analysis, we were able to identify regional differences between Jeju City and Seogwipo City, especially the eastern and western regions. This means that topography, topography, soil quality, and production capacity factors, rather than feng shui and climatic factors, influence residential space. You could call me crazy. In the future, factors such as family composition, size, and soil quality will need to be additionally analyzed to clearly identify relationships and regional differences.
