This study was conducted to analyze the impact of hotel reservation mobile applications’ selection attributes on customer satisfaction and reuse intention for MZ generation, which has a great influence on the global consumer market. The purpose of this study is to find out the selection attributes of hotel reservation mobile apps and to provide practical information for the service development and operation of mobile apps and program construction. The hotel room reservation rate using mobile phone applications are increasing. Online survey was conducted on the MZ generation who used mobile application to make hotel reservation and 272 validated responses were analyzed to examine which factors made effectively impact on customer satisfaction and reuse intention. These results are based on research, and the results are as follows : All factors (economy, information, safety, convenience, and communication) had a positive impact on customer satisfaction and reuse intention. In addition, satisfaction with mobile application also had a positive effect on the intention to reuse. This means that the MZ generation is considering all of the selection factors in order to feel satisfied in the process of selecting and using the hotel reservation mobile app and continue to use the app. The hotel reservation mobile application technology continues to develop and market is growing. Services that properly reflect the complex needs of MZ generation consumers should be provided on reservation mobile application.
