National interest in work-life balance is increasing, and leisure time that individuals can enjoy is expected to gradually increase by increasing productivity and improving the working environment due to the expansion of knowledge accumulation and technological advancement due to the Fourth Industrial Revolution. With this increase in leisure time, leisure participation is expected to increase, and interest and participation in windsurfing, a representative sport of water leisure sports, is expected to increase significantly. This study was conducted to examine consumers" perceptions based on big data collected from major social media for windsurfing. As a result of the study, first, keywords highly related to windsurfing are paddleboard, recommendation, wave, certification, wind, travel, Han River, Busan, Jeju Island, sea, male, kayak, etc. Second, as a result of the centrality analysis, the betweenness centrality results were similar to the frequency analysis results, but the closeness and betweenness centrality results were confirmed to have some differences. Third, as a result of the CONCOR analysis, a total of four windsurfing-related keyword clusters were formed. Based on the research results, we summarized practical implications that can be reflected in future windsurfing areas and academic implications that can contribute to related studies.
