Purpose: This study used a domestic academic paper database to determine the search subject and used a keyword network analysis method to identify research trends related to sports injuries.
First, looking at the publication status by year, the number of papers published by year showed the highest publication frequency with 36 papers in 2013 and 32 papers in 2012 (10.4%).
Next, the frequency of occurrence of sports injury-related research revealed that ‘event’ was the most key keyword, followed by ‘isokinesis’, ‘part’, and ‘insurance’. Looking at the frequency of appearance of keywords for the top 30 words, in detail, ‘item’ had a frequency of appearance of 195 times, followed by isokinetic 32 times, part 30 times, insurance 28 times, and prevention 27 times. Looking at the top 10 rankings with high word weight (TF-IDF), we can see ‘event’, ‘isokinesis’, ‘region’, ‘prevention’, ‘rehabilitation’, ‘training’, ‘strength’, ‘balance’, It was analyzed in the order of ‘function’ and ‘body’.
The results of the keyword centrality analysis showed that the keywords that showed the highest degree centrality were sport (.688), part (.290), training (.246), joint (.232), isokinetic (.225), and physical education. (.217), body (.217), prevention (.203), strength (.203), and balance (.203). And in the case of betweenness centrality, it is item (.421), physical education (.058), area (.045), training (.030), body (.027), prevention (.023), and accident (.023). , university (.022), anxiety (.022), and rehabilitation (.021) were identified, making it possible to confirm whether the keywords listed above play a high role as intermediaries in the network.
The topic results extracted from sports injury-related data through LDA are as follows.
Topic 1 is considered to be a keyword related to ‘improvement of athletic performance’ including isokinetic speed, event, part, strength, and function.
Topic 2 is identified as a keyword related to ‘training’: sport, training, physical strength, and performance.
Topic 3 is considered to be a keyword related to ‘prevention and rehabilitation’: sport, prevention, rules, epidemiology, movement.
Topic 4 was identified as keywords related to ‘accident’: insurance, responsibility, stress, compensation, and physical education.
Through this study, we aim to help achieve balanced research in each field by presenting current research trends, changes in research interests, and connected knowledge structures, and exploring research directions and tasks that can develop in the future.
