This study aims to empirically analyze whether leisure activities actually affect positive attitudes toward life, mental health, and work participation through research on cabin crew in the COVID-19 working environment. Therefore, this study conducted a month-long survey of domestic airline cabin crew, and analyzed the relationships among leisure activities, positive attitudes toward life, mental health, and work participation using reliability analysis, factor analysis and structural equation models. According to the results of this study, among the seven leisure activities considered, tourism, self-development, financial technology, and social activities had a positive effect on life. Through this study, the possibility of leisure use can be suggested as a way to increase positive attitudes toward life as well as corporate organizations, and it can be confirmed that leisure activities are important to increase work participation.
