Digital platform companies have a positive effect on society by providing many benefits to users, but have an equally negative effect by monopolizing the market. This study is to find the balanced ways to maximize social benefits by maintaining continuously the innovative platform service, also to minimize social cost by the monopolistic governance of platform companies. To this end, using the evaporation cloud of the constraint theory, the innovative services through entry of platform and the regulatory measures to reduce the damage caused by the monopoly of platform companies were set as contradictory relationship. For solving the contradictory relationship, we proposed various ways to solve the problem by breaking down the hidden assumptions and premises in the relationship of the evaporation cloud. And to simultaneously solve the contradictive relation, solutions in respect to Separation in time, Separation in space, Separation in condition, and Separation in scale were suggested and discussed respectively.
