This study investigated the effects of a customized mobile healthcare physical activity intervention on metabolic syndrome risk factors and aerobic capacity in sedentary, inactive office workers with low physical activity :20 Self-monitoring group, 20 one-way Intervention mobile healthcare group, 20 Interactive mobile healthcare group, 20 control group. Comparing changes in physical activity, metabolic syndrome risk factors, and aerobic capacity according to the form of the 1 6- week mobile healthcare physical activity intervention, the results showed that the interactive mobile healthcare group increased physical activity, calories burned, distance, and maximal oxygen uptake and significantly decreased diastolic blood pressure, waist circumference, glucose, triglycerides, and total cholesterol. The one-way Intervention mobile healthcare group significantly increased physical activity, distance, and HDL-C. waist circumference, glucose, triglycerides, and total cholesterol decreased significantly. The self-monitoring group had a significant decrease in waist circumference and a significant increase in HDL-C. The control group had a significant decrease in physical activity, calories burned, distance and maximal oxygen uptake. These results suggest that a 16-week tailored physical activity intervention in the form of mobile healthcare has a positive impact on physical activity, metabolic syndrome risk factors, and aerobic capacity, suggesting the utility of physical activity in daily life.
