This study aims to examine the structural relationships among the perception of organizational justice, organizational citizenship behavior, and job satisfaction. This study also aims to test the mediating role of organizational citizenship behavior on the relationships between organizational justice and job satisfaction. The aims were achieved by collecting 194 public officials in tourism administration from 11 cities and counties in the Chungbuk Province, South Korea. Results from the structural equation modeling revealed that perception of interactional justice had a significant effect on organizational citizenship behavior. However, perceptions of distributive and procedural justice were found to have no significant effect on organizational citizen behavior. This study also found that both perception of distributive justice and organizational citizenship positively influenced job satisfaction. Finally, the results revealed that the role of organizational citizenship behavior as a mediator in the relationship between interactional justice and job satisfaction. Based on these findings, both academic and practical implications are provided.
