As the constitutional court rejected constitutional complaint about "The Special Law for Multifunctional Administrative City Construction’, it is considered that the legal issues concerned with unconstitutionality of the special law were solved. Because the legal and procedural justice of "Multifuncitonal Administrative City Construction" was identified, it"s time to consolidate the national capacities in implementing multifunctional administrative city construction with eliminating the old practice of hostility and conflict.
In this paper, I have analyzed the legal obstacles which are able to be occurred in current "the Special Law for Multifunctional Administrative City Construction" and the other law, and then reviewed the legal tasks of future, for examples, legal status and administrative district of multifunctional administrative city, relationship with another program, protection of cultural properties within multifunctional administrative city, multifunctional administrative city construction and development-strategy of the capital region.
