The purpose of this study is to help improve performance by providing scientific basic data to instructors and amateur golfers by comparatively analyzing the kinematic differences in golf swing motion by iron club type targeting skilled and unskilled players.
In order to secure flight distance by using appropriate ground reaction force during the swing of each type of iron club between skilled and unskilled players, the front and rear reaction force of both feet (right and left) should be adjusted forward and backward as the length of the iron club is longer, as in the case of skilled at impact (E5) It is considered that safety is high when there is little movement. As for the left/right reaction force, as in the case of skilled players at the top of the backswing (E3), all iron club types have a (-) weight ratio at the top of the backswing It is judged that the weight appears to the left with a more effective motion at the beginning of the downswing. The vertical reaction force appears to be a movement to secure a longer flight distance as the length of the iron club increases as the length of the iron club increases, as in the case of skilled players during the downswing (E4).
In addition, by analyzing the kinematics of the club and ball, the longer the club, the faster the club head speed and the more accurate ball efficiency, the shorter the club, the steeper the angle of entry, as in the case of an skilled when swinging by iron club type The longer the length, the farther the total distance is judged. In this study, a limited study was conducted using Trackman, a kinematic analysis equipment for clubs and balls, and ground reaction force during the swing of each type of iron club between skilled and unskilled people, but a study on various clubs and quantitative approaches is suggested as a follow-up study.
