The purpose of this study is to investigate the tourists’ destination choice attributes and their perceived value of tourism resources in urban tourism. The data for this study were collected from residensts in Daegu, and the value of cultural tourism resources of Daegu was analyzed as urban tourism resources. From the results of factor analysis, tourists’ destination choice attributes were identified as 7 factors: tourism circumstances, tourism program, city characteristics, entertainment, city environment, shopping condition, and accommodations & restaurants. The most important factor was accommodations & restaurants. Among the historical & cultural tourism resources of the city, Culture and Art Street was perceived as the most valued resources, and Architects of the Modern Culture and Specialized Alley were followed. On the other hand, Religious Heritage and Industrial Heritage were under valued as urban tourism resources. It was revealed that most of destination choice attributes were influences on tourists’ perception of value on urban tourism resources.
