The purpose of this study was to influence factors of maternal fetal attachment among pregnant women in B city. Data were collected by structured questionnaires from July 5 to June 20 2013, and data were analyzed using descriptive statistics, correlation and multiple regression with SPSS/Win 21.0 program. The mean score for fetal attachment was 71.42. A multivariate approach showed that predictors explained 22.7% of variance in fetal attachment. Significant influence factors of fetal attachment were Couples intimacy(β=.17), parent efficacy(β=.37), and months(β=.16). The factors affecting highly effective intervention techniques need to be applied to the development of programs to upgrade fetal attachment among Pregnant women.
