Currently, Beauty Qualifications Job Category assessment methods that are applicable to the current qualification system has been consistently pointed to the gap for the generation of practical skills and practical skills and qualifications required in the field. Recently, several New qualifications are being considered in order to overcome this simply mismatch job requirements and qualifications of the biggest problems of the industry considered as part of the specification of the current qualification system certification. In this study, industry, education and training, and qualifications are each separately have been evaluated with respect to Beauty Qualifications Job Category order to solve this problem, the introduction of new qualification system inevitable. So, in the Human Resources Development Service of Korea, which is currently implemented and qualifications systems and to compare and analyze the newly introduced and qualifications will be carried forward to exploring linkages between education and training, qualifications framework and the industry. At the same time we want to present a positive direction Utilization and development of government and industry for people to acquire the basic infrastructure and the need to build new qualification for the efficient operation of the new qualification system. So, we settled an important parameter to serve national technical qualifications of the development plan and with far our NCS developed in the future for capacity oriented society implements a non-academic background in introducing the society model and the associated system of NQF built to work, education & training, and it shall endeavor to secure the link between qualification.
