The purpose of this study is providing with basic information, which can be a practical help to field practicum, by analyzing the factors and relationship of the field practicum necessity and expectation properties of the students majoring in hair beauty from the viewpoint of the beauty parlor professionals. For this study, a questionnaire survey was done with 260 beauty care professionals from March 1st till April 3rd of 2015. 247 questionnaire sheets were collected with answers and they went through factorial analysis, multiple regression analysis and χ 2 analysis using SPSS Win 19.0. According to the study result, the field practicum necessity factors are; practice support, foundation build-up, mutual understanding and follow up management. The expectation property factors are; help to major, understanding industry site, leading to employment and help to career decision. It has been analyzed that the field practicum necessity has significant impact on the expectation properties. The follow up management has impact on the help to major while the foundation build-up has impact on leading to employment and help to career decision.
