The utilization of natural pigments has assumed increasing significance in a study of cosmetics. Because that is can be substituted for artificial dyes, tar dyes. In this study, we made lip-gloss containing mulberry, beet Red, eastern prickly pear and than tested effectiveness,safety, stability and color effects. As a result, antibacterial activity of Stapylococcus epidermidis is effected all three samples and antibacterial activity of Stapylococcus aureus is effected only eastern prickly pear. From each of the three samples of cell viability(%)density is more than 80% cell viability. Applying lip gloss containing natural pigments, Stablility of irradation Fade-O-meter is show to effect natural pigments' lip gloss. Coloration values of natural pigments' lip gloss is similar to newly-released lip gloss product containing synthesis dye. According to the results of this study, Mulberry, Beet Red, Eastern prickly pear have be beneficial antioxidant and antimicrobial when applied the lip gloss.
