The study is intended to find the factors of clients’ decision on which beauty salons to choose. Through the study, the method of getting close to clients is presented for the business purpose to improve the outcome of marking in beauty salons. First, the important factors include the reliability of the salon managers, the convenient parking, interior of salons, satisfied customer services, the quality in salon services considering the cost, the neatness of salons, techniques of artists and the rate of satisfaction after visits. Second, when clients choose a salon, the expertise and the attitude of artists at work, the employees’ high work performance and the salon’s atmosphere, the salon brand and its marketing and its business performance related to its customer service are found to be the important factors. Third, in terms of demography of the research subjects, the factors are important in female, the characteristics of representatives, the characteristics of the salon service, the characteristics of business and the characteristics of relationships. Therefore, the clients consider the representatives, the location of salons, the customer services, the relationship with representatives or employees and the business in overall. It is found that the representatives of beauty salons need effort to manage their services in terms of clients’ comprehensive and multiple points of view.
