The purpose of this study is to figure out the effects of shaking neck exercises and collagen diet on neck skin of middle-aged women in their 40~60. The results of this study are as follows. For the total mean variations of center of front neck, left neck, right neck and center of back neck,the viscoelasticity in the control group(Cont) decreased by 2%(p>.05), while the viscoelasticity in the collagen diet group(C), shaking neck exercises group(N) and N+C increased by 11%(p<.05), 12%(p<.05) and 21%(p<.001), respectively. In comparison with Cont, there was a great difference, which the viscoelasticity in C, N and N+C increased by 13%, 14% and 23% after experiment, respectively. The wrinkles in Cont has increased by 3%(p>.05), while the wrinkles in C, N and N+C have decreased by 11%(p<.01), 14%(p<.01) and 17%(p<.01), respectively. In comparison with Cont, there was a very big difference, which the wrinkles in C, N and N+C decreased by 14%, 17% and 20% after experiment,respectively. The melanin in Cont has decreased by 3%(p>.05), while the melanin in C, N and N+C have decreased by 4%(p>.05), 12%(p<.01)and 3%(p>.05), respectively. The erythema in Cont has increased by 13%(p<.05), while the erythema in C, N and N+C have decreased by 8%(p<.05), 15%(p<.05) and 24%(p>.05), respectively. In conclusion, the shaking neck exercises and collagen diet were very effective for increasing viscoelasticity and reducing wrinkles in neck skin of middle-aged women of 40-60.
