Salon services impact on customer satisfaction study consisted of a lot of hair designers to provide customers with human and material value of the service the most important factors for improving customer satisfaction, despite insufficient research is Free. In this study,hair and beauty services are services provided by the designer awareness of the value provided by looking at the hair salon and beauty services effective competitiveness of basic materials needed for its purpose is to provide. The findings of this study on the perception of hair designers’s beauty services are summarized below. Firstly, examination of the image management of hair designers found that although skills are important, they are more interested in managing their image and are well aware of customers’ tastes. Many of them answered that to increase sales through counseling, mannerly and considerate counseling was more important than skills. Secondly,sociability to customers was high among hair designers aged 50 or older and hair designers with 11 years or longer experience, and hair designers working in a commercial district where apartments and detached houses are mixed. Sales power was higher among hair designers with 8 to 10 years of experience, hair designers with educational experience, and hair designers with higher monthly sales. The findings of this study are expected to provide the basic data for provision of efficient beauty services and the competitiveness of beauty salons. In the future, studies on the effects of the beauty service value of hair designers on customer satisfaction will be needed.
