In humans, robots were nothing but a means to help document and make everyday life easier. In humans, robots were nothing but a means to help document and make everyday life easier. However, research is underway on structures similar to human brains and robots have also made their mark as a new field of research called artificial intelligence. Artificial intelligence was actively studied with the development of GPU and the advent of big data. As a result, artificial intelligence expanded its scope to the artistic fields that were considered to be unique to humans. AI learns data on its own through unsupervised learning and has created new results based on it. With the spread of computers and the development of digital machines, human-made works have grown exponentially, and AI has also begun to collect a lot of information using the space of big data. There are many works on the Internet that don't know the original author, and we call them 'orphan works. In the process of collecting data by artificial intelligence, the results were completed using anonymous works, and responsibility for the copyright infringement claims by the original authors is raised for the results. The paper seeks to find out about the responsibility of the original author for infringing upon copyrights on the orphan works of artificial intelligence.
