PURPOSE The purpose of this study is to explore the management strategy through web services by verifying the degree of utilization of web services and social network services of Taekwondo's major public function role institutions. After confirming the strategic value of each item by statistical verification, we tried to propose the necessary Taekwondo public institution's web service management strategy. METHOD This study to identify effective management strategies by confirming the performance of social network services of public organizations in Taekwondo was analyzed through the SPSS 22.0 statistical program with the collected 227 copies of effective questionnaires. RESULT First, in terms of core quality, it was confirmed that the competencies that need to be intensively and continuously strengthened are the most important for the clarity of user's direct use information such as the convenience of search, the accuracy of information, and the convenience of experience. Second, in terms of relationship benefits, the ability to intensively and continuously strengthen was found to be the reliability of service use. CONCLUSION According to the results of the study, the quality of web services and social network services of Taekwondo public institutions was found to be less than the expected quality of consumers regarding accessibility and reliability, which are the basic elements of services through the web, and the need for reinforcement, supplementation, and improvement was confirmed.
