The purpose of this study is to form a convergent structure system for access to the qualification of lifelong education professionals for the disabled in the field of rehabilitation counseling (vocational rehabilitation).After analyzing the preceding literature on the conceptual definition of lifelong education for the disabled and the method of nurturing the qualifications of lifelong education professionals for the disabled, it was composed of a procedure in which a consultation of experts was conducted in parallel. Focusing on academic evidence and practical alternatives through the conceptual definition of lifelong education for the disabled, a convergent structural system was proposed that allows the rehabilitation counseling field to be primarily approached as a professional in lifelong education for the disabled. In addition, through four dimensions of qualification suitability type, convergence major completion, access to curriculum, and linkage between related organizations, a structural system that can converge not only to the level of coordinator type qualification but also to the level of professional teacher type education and curriculum was presented. Through the above results, it was possible to suggest that the rehabilitation counseling field can converge on the expertise of the lifelong education field for the disabled and the applicability that can be reflected in the qualification training target of professionals.
