We propose the notion of actions of multigroup on multiset via count function of multiset with elaborate illustrations. The concepts of orbits and stabilizers in multigroup actions are introduced and some related results are obtained. The analogous of orbit-stabilizer theorem and class equation are established in multigroup actions on multiset.
