The purpose of this study was to overlook Brexit. Brexit is not a measure dictated by political expediency. Brexit is not a notional assent or passing emotion. Great Britain weighed the pros and ons of Brexit. Brexit has a long history and, it would seem, a difficult future. There is intricate webs of interests among many countries. Great Britain and EU have to begin negotiations for Brexit. Great Britain and EU will helds two years of negotiations to Brexit. Germany and France will fight for Europe’s hegemony. It’s impossible to tell the result ahead of time. Brexit can either a storm in a tea cup or creating a domino effect. Looking at the big picture, Brexit is a conflict between neoliberalism and newisolation. We need to have a lot of knowledge of economy, law, and history to understand Brexit. Among Texas in USA, Quebec in Canada, Catalunya in Spain analogous phenomena are observed. The hard times of the recent years contributed to a resurgence of nationalism and newisolation. Every country faces the difficult decision of prioritizing between its economy and the global economy. Great Britain will bring into line with the USA.
