In the meantime, beauty-related education has achieved significant growth in terms of quantity, such as the produce more than 30,000 cosmetologists each year. However there is a lack of qualitative growth. such as not being recognized that studied at school when doing work in the field. The purpose of this study is to development for hair beauty field training. To do this, the hair care job ability unit of National Competency Standards and composed 15 units. The method of the demand survey, seven competency units were selected, by the results of the survey of 392 respondent, professors, field instructor, students who completed field training. And then selected four competency units through the validation of the expert advisors and depths interviews. The results of the study are as follows. Hair beauty field training development of beauty college consists of 4 core concept. The four core concepts are “customer service”, “hair shampoo”, “hair color”, “hair permanent”. This study has conclusion that the development of the hair beauty field training are indices of the guidance of the hair beauty field training and can help the students to know the clear learning objectives in details. And, it is expected that it will serve as a basic data that will enable the students to know what business competence should be developed and trained in order to carry out practical work in the field.
