The use of mobile phones prevails across all levels of society today. The frequency and dependence of using smartphone is also increasing to the blind and the hearing impairment. In the case of the blind, it has difficulty more than other people about risk identification aspect because of visual limitations. And in the case of the hearing impairment, because it relies only on visual of information, the proportion of "safety accidents" caused by not being aware of the surrounding sounds is high. as the importance of the safety and health management aspect emerges due to the ‘Article 28 of the Employment Promotion and Vocational Rehabilitation Act of the Disabled Persons’, safety management should also be carried out taking into account the characteristics of each person with impairments. Therefore, in this study, the research was conducted around the examination of the literature with the goal of using improvements related to the design of safety and health management apps for the blind and the hearing impairment workers as an auxiliary to safety and health activities.
