Various color presentation tools are used for interior color image evaluation. However, considering the context effect, various color presentation tools can lead to different evaluation results. In this study, the effect of color presentation tools on evaluation was confirmed and the color presentation tool was emphasized as an important factor. The survey was conducted using four types of stimuli (languages, 2D color chips, 3D images and 3D photos) and two evaluation factors (preferred and pleasant), and the difference in evaluation values was compared. In the evaluation of the interior color image, it was confirmed that there were differences in evaluation according to the type of stimulus. In particular, the difference in evaluation for each stimulus was different in subjective and objective evaluation. Therefore, it is suggested that the color presentation tool is an important factor to consider in interior color image evaluation. In addition, it is judged that the more tools that can convey specific contexts for the color and the situation the more suitable it is for evaluation.
