‘Complex’ is the space what is the most community created, and ‘community’ is the most important keyword in the theme of complex planning. What constitutes the identity of the place are ironworkers and artists. So, we need to make their workspace comfortable. Therefore, it makes to maintain the spatial identity of the Yeongdan Housing Complex in Mullae by stabilizing the creative space of ironworkers and artists. First, we want to create the space for ironsworkers and artists through proper separation and a shared community. In addition, it provides a more pleasant environment for residents and outsiders by understanding the history of Yeongdan Housing Complex in Mullae and solving problems that have occurred in the past. People near the station flow into the complex through the huge Sunken Square and the Sunken Pedestrian Street that crosses the site. It makes the complex more lively. Through separation of cars, it solved the problem caused by narrow alleys and trucks. By dividing the layers of the building which were mixed into one, it is expected that the conflict between ironworkers and artists will be alleviated through the proper separation of them. And it is expected that it makes harmony through the shared space community. Above all, as they settle stably with customized living space and pleasant working environment, the location identity of Yeongdan Housing Complex in Mullae will also not lose its color.
