Currently, Korean society is rapidly moving beyond aging to a super-aged society, and as of 2020, the baby boomers with relatively higher economic power and education levels than the previous elderly generation have begun to enter the elderly generation. Most of the existing elderly care facilities valued efficiency and tended not to respect human rights, not to regard the elderly as more than just patients at the end of their lives with a uniform system. Based on this background, there is a need to improve the quality of elderly care facilities that reflect the preferences of the baby boomers. In this study, four domestic and foreign cases applied with the "Person-centred Care Model" were selected and analyzed, and five evaluation indicators of each case were derived and studied through previous studies. As a result of analyzing the four cases, it was confirmed that family and autonomy were high in common, and the relationship with the region was highly evaluated in elderly care facilities located in the city center, and the experience was highly evaluated in elderly care facilities located in suburbs or places with many nature. Comparing domestic and overseas advanced cases, it was confirmed that overseas has a strong relationship with people outside the facility. Based on the results of this analysis, we intend to provide basic data for the improvement of the quality of life of nursing facility residents and nursing facility employees in the future and the basis for the advancement of nursing facility spaces for the elderly.
