The purpose of this research is to study whether career decision and social relatedness(support, modeling, activity, advice) affect career exploration behavior and commitment to a career choice. For this research study, students from aviation service related departments were defined as the research population. Among the questionnaires received from the respondents, it was defined as a valid sample among the data of 322 students. The survey was conducted for 7 days from June 7th, 2022. As a result of statistical analysis, first, it was found that the factors affecting career exploration behavior were activities and advice. Second, it was shown that the factors affecting commitment to a career choice were support, activity, advice and career exploration behavior. In conclusion, this study showed that activities and advice to help college students make career exploration behavior and commitment are very important factors. It also suggests that students are in dire need of extracurricular activities and help from professors and career experts.
